How do I order on-line?
Ordering on-line could not be easier. To proceed with an order, firstly, click the ‘add to’ basket icon. You will then be required to select your chosen product(s) to add to your personal on-line basket, along with any option(s) you may have. To review your basket at any time during the ordering process, simply click the basket icon at the top right hand side of the ordering page, where you will be able to amend your shopping items, should you so wish.
Once you have completed the above process, please double-check your selected items to ensure that you are happy with your order, then proceed to the checkout to make your payment.
To do this, simply click on the ‘checkout button’ where you will gain access to our secure server. Please be aware that, for your added security, a lock icon will appear on your browser to highlight that you are in/ have entered a secure area. This can either been seen at the bottom right of your screen or at the top of your screen next to the url box.

Can you guarantee that it is safe to shop on-line with you?
When you reach the point at which sensitive information needs to be entered / divulged, a padlock will appear at the bottom of your browser window advising that you are entering a secure area (on the new windows explorer the padlock appears next to the url URL). By clicking on the padlock you will gain /receive information about the secure area, including facts about how your credit card details are processed and encrypted. The payment security certificate can only be signed /authorised by trusted organisations and guarantees a high level of security.
Which methods of payment can I use? / How do I make a payment?
There are a number of payment options including Visa, Mastercard, America Express, Maestro, Switch and all major debit cards. We can also take cheques and postal orders or if you wish we can take a BACS payment. Please note if you are paying by cheque/postal order or by BACS we will require cleared funds before we will be able to ship goods. Please call if you have any further questions or you are planning on making a BACS payment.

On certain products, for a small charge we are able to offer a Next Day Delivery Service when ordered by 12 noon, subject to a telephone confirmation. Please call one of our Team Members to check availability and process your order on 0844 736 5862.
*Deliveries to most parts of mainland UK are free of charge, however deliveries to certain remote areas may be subject to a surcharge such as certain parts of Scotland, Isles, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, BFPO, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Isles or Highlands.
**Delivery is FREE to most UK mainland destination. Extra charges may apply on some products to certain destinations. The following postcodes will incur a minimal charge.
We currently do not offer offshore Log Cabin and metal Shed deliveries. Please call before you order.If you feel you may be located in such an area please call to check prior to ordering.

However sometimes this will not always be possible and any delivery or dispatch date given is only approximate and as the seller will not be liable to the Buyer for failure to deliver on any particular date or dates. Q. Do I have to do anything to take delivery of a building?
A. All you have to do is ensure that the building can be left in a convenient area free from debris. We recommend that panel sizes are checked to allow access through archways and doors.
Q. When should I expect to hear when my delivery will be?
A. Our delivery team aim to contact you 24-48 hours before the date of delivery. We kindly ask that you please do not call the team prior to this time frame.
Q. Can I request a particular date for delivery?
A. We can put in requested dates for you however they are only requested and cannot be guaranteed, we would normally call to confirm about 48hours before.
Q. Can I request a certain time for delivery?
A. Our deliveries are classed as all day, between the hours of 7am to 7pm. However, Our Delivery Team can request the driver to contact you on the day of delivery to give you an estimated time of their arrival but this is purely an estimate as we cannot accommodate unforeseen circumstances.
Q. Can I hold the delivery if I’m not ready?
A. We can defer your delivery date; however stock allocation is not customer specific and as a result we cannot guarantee deferred order availability at all times.
Q. Do I need to be there?
A. You do not have to be present at time of delivery; however, we would require written permission to deliver in your absence. This can be in the form of a fax, E-mail or a signed note left on the day for the driver to confirm delivery in your absence. Please note you must sign the note as this will be treated as a signature for delivery. Please note we will not be liable for any theft or damage if the goods have been left.
Q. Will the driver take the building through my property?
A. No. Our drivers are not insured to enter your property with a building.
Q. Will he take to my back garden or through my house?
A. Our policy is kerb side delivery only; however, it is at the driver’s discretion if any building needs to be carried any further. Generally we do not deliver buildings through houses or to flats on upper floors. Our Easy fit shed can be taken through smaller apertures. Please ask when ordering.
Q. Will the driver need any help?
A. Our drivers will not ask for any help to off load your building.
Q. What size lorry will my building arrive on?
A. We operate 3.5t vans, 7.5 ton and 17 ton vehicles - your building could arrive on any of these dependants on area of the country and time of year. We need to be informed of any access issues at your point of order so we can ensure your delivery will arrive without any problems.
Q. Do you deliver to the offshore Islands?
A. If your delivery is to an offshore island; Channel Islands, Orkney's or the Isle of Man. Deliveries can only be made to the nearest carrier company at port (it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange onward delivery). We need to be aware of both the carrier company and also the forwarding address for the delivery to be made. We do deliver to Ireland, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Skye directly (at an additional cost, please see guidelines above) Port postcodes stated are except from normal postcode charges. If the delivery is to a port then the Port drop only charge must be added to your delivery cost.
Q. What is the delivery time for products?
A. Generally we offer a 5 working day lead time, however please refer to the product in question via this website which should outline the most up to date lead-time estimation. Variations to this time do apply in extenuating circumstances. We will endeavor to contact you at the soonest possible time to arrange the next available delivery date for you.

A. In most circumstances we do not deliver at weekends unless it is offered on the specific product.
Q. Can I order delivery to a different name or address?
A. Yes you can we will need an invoice address for the payment taken and the full delivery address.
Q. What About a Log Cabin Delivery?

**Please note that all deliveries to Ireland, some highland areas and any offshore address will be subject to an extended lead-time. Most off shore islands are a port drop only. Please call before you order.
Delivery is usually very easy and straightforward. We state 10 Working days delivery schedule on each product page. We can often deliver to specified dates, but cannot guarantee this. Customers will always be contacted at least 24 hours before delivery and be given the date and approximate time of delivery. If you need more notice than this - please let us know at the point of ordering. Delivery is Free of Charge to UK mainland addresses provided the following points can be met.
1. Delivery is normally made made by a 6 Wheeler Truck with a "Piggy-Back" forklift on board to unload the cabin, however, certain hauliers used in the delivery of Log Cabins do not have this facility (If in doubt - please contact us on 0844 736 5862 to discuss).
2. There must be sufficient space for this vehicle to operate. (If in doubt - please contact us on 0844 736 5862 to discuss). If the Cabin cannot be off-loaded due to a lack of space - a delivery charge may apply.
3. Delivery is Kerb Side: Our drivers are very helpful and will always try to leave the cabin as conveniently positioned as possible however because the Forklifts are very heavy - we leave it entirely at the drivers discretion whether or not it is suitable to drive onto your property.
4. Customer (or customer’s representative) must be available to receive the cabin and assist with off-loading if so required.
5. It is Important that you should insert at least one, but ideally two telephone numbers in the telephone number box when ordering. Our Transport Dept. will always contact you at least one day prior to delivery. They will give as accurate a delivery schedule as possible. The Cabin will not simply arrive unless you have been contacted first!
When the cabins are delivered they are packed in a weather proof wrapping and can stand outside quite satisfactorily for a reasonable time (The exception to this would be if the cabin is delivered on a smaller vehicle and has to be off-loaded manually, and therefore un-packed).
If you feel that delivery on a smaller vehicle would be more appropriate - please don't hesitate to contact us. We can always arrange this and frequently at no additional cost. However, as the smaller vehicles are not able to carry a forklift - the driver would require assistance with unloading the cabin.

What if the product I wish to purchase is out of stock?
Every effort is made to keep our sites fully stocked, however, on occasion, our stock levels do run low. In order to make our customers aware of this situation as soon as it arises, we ensure that our website is regularly updated, and that any changes to stock are immediately reflected on our on-line product pages. If an order is made on stock that is not currently available, we will endeavour to find a suitable replacement at your approval. Should this not be possible, your payment will be reimbursed, in full.
How will I know if my order has been received/processed?
If you place an order via our website, you will receive confirmation in an email. If you place an order over the telephone, the team member concerned will advise you that your order has been placed and your payment accepted.
You will be issued with an order reference number, which should be quoted by you should there be any queries (whatsoever) regarding your purchase.
How will my goods be delivered?
In most cases, you will be contacted by the supplier or by us, prior to delivery. You will note from our product pages that we state an approximate delivery period in working days. If you have a query regarding delivery, please contact our Customer Care Team on 0844 736 5862 who will be ready to advise you. If the supplier needs to be contacted on your behalf, our staff will be happy to do this for you, too. We are unable to specify a delivery time during the day of delivery. Our couriers deliver between the hours of 7am – 7pm.

What sort of guarantee do you offer?
In most cases, our suppliers offer their own product warranties and guarantees. Should you be unsure of exactly what they are, then please contact our Customer Care Team on 0844 736 5862 who will be happy to advise you.
What is the returns policy?
You may return any UNOPENED delivered products you have purchased within 7 working days of delivery. You must notify us in writing via email or post within 7 working days of delivery.
If you are returning any UNOPENED product(s) for any reason, you must pay the costs of returning the products to us or our suppliers; any credit card charges due, at the rate of 2.8% of the total value of the order. On request, we will collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and we will deduct this from the refund in addition to a credit card charge of 2.8% of the original order.
If a product arrives in a damaged condition, you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note, where possible, and inform us within 7 working days of the delivery.
We will not accept returns if the products have been altered by applying chemicals or paints to the surfaces or by altering or customising the product in any way that could be deemed as you using or treating the products as your own.
While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. If products were delivered flat packed, they must be returned in the same way. Every effort must be taken to ensure that the return product(s) are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit.
Products returned which cannot be re-sold as new due to damage or wear and tear may be subject to a reduction in the refund given.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. All cancelled orders will be refunded less any credit card charges at a rate of 2.8% of the total value of the order.
Products that have been dispatched we are unable to cancel and will be subject to the returns policy stated above.
